Ticket exchange/cancellation policy
Subscribers who cannot attend a concert, should notify the Ensemble at least 24 hours prior to the time of the concert. subscribers will then be entitled to a replacement ticket to a different concert, subject to availability.

Unused season tickets for 2016/17 can be applied to 2017/18 season concerts, provided a subscription for this season was purchased. Replacement subject to availability.

Single tickets which were purchsed via the Ensemble may be canceled until 48 hours before a concert. A refund will be issued to the ticket holder.
